William (Bill) Murphy, age 75, of Jacksonville, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018. He was born on March 3, 1943 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Bill was a Navy Veteran. He also worked on the very first computer system in the Arkansas State Capitol. He loved outdoors and fishing. He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Gann Lindsey and his daughter, Tara Murphy.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Jill Lockhart; brother, Jim Gann, and granddaughter, Autumn Lockhart.
