Douglas J. Burbridge, 82, of Cabot, Arkansas passed from this life on Thursday, May 17, 2018. He was born in Pleasant Hill, Illinois on July 31, 1935 to the late Alloys J. and Goldie V. Burbridge.
Doug was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing, gardening and served for over 28 years in the United State Air Force.
He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patsy Burbridge; three children, Richard Burbridge (Robin), Jeffery Burbridge, Kelly Shepard (Jonathan); three grandchildren, Brandon J. Burbridge (Lindsey), Julie K. Jones, Kimberlee Burbridge; great-grandchildren, Allison Grace Beagle, Jaelynn Nichole Jones. Doug is also preceded in death by his sister, Joan V. Myer.
A time of family celebration and fellowship will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 2:00pm at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
