Benjamin D. Trickey, 84, of Jacksonville passed away on June 25, 2018. He was born on May 30, 1934 in Jacksonville, Arkansas to the late Bert and Lois Trickey.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force, was blessed in his Christian faith and loved teaching Sunday School and preaching the word of God. He also volunteered as a counselor at Little Rock Compassion Center.
He is preceded in death by his brother John H. Trickey.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Carole Trickey; two children Larry K. Trickey and Benjamin D. Trickey, Jr. (Gissella); his five grandchildren Jason Trickey, Christopher Trickey, Carole Marie Trickey, Ben Trickey, III, and Anna Marie Trickey; one great-grandchild Lilia Trickey and one sister Iva Nell Garvin.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas. The funeral services will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main, Jacksonville, Arkansas with interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076.
