Lloyd V. Handke, age 86, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. He was born on August 26, 1931 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to the late Adolf John and Ruth Hanke. Lloyd served in and retired from the United State Air Force. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and enjoyed working outdoors keeping his yard looking good.
Lloyd is preceded in death by his wife, Frances; his son, John Coy Handke; brothers, Mick Handke and Harold Handke.
He is survived by two children Ruth Perciful (Cary) and Laura Gindlesberger (Gindy); six grandchildren Melissa Smith, Chrissy Fisk, Gary Gindlesberger, Alex Handke, Elizabeth Handke and Kaylee Handke; five great-grandchildren Carlos, Skyler, Mateo, Sophie and Jaxon; a niece Mary Lou Martin; two sisters, Donna and Rosy and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be on Sunday, June 24, 2018 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076.
Funeral services will be on Monday, June 25, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at Pleasant Hills Baptist Church, Hwy 89 South, Cabot, Arkansas. Interment will be held at Pleasant Hills Cemetery.

So very sorry Laura. Luv, hugs & prayers for you and your family, now, and the days ahead.
I am going to miss him. We had some good conversation when he came to treatment . One thing I know is he is resting in Peace.
