Pennie L. Hembree, 63 of Hot Springs, Arkansas passed from this life on July 28, 2018. She was born on September 22, 1954 in Clarksville, Tennessee to James and Glenda Hembree. Pennie enjoyed going camping, fishing, rock digging, and was a one of a kind original hippie. She was married to Dean Materi for twenty years.
Pennie is survived by her daughter, Jessica Materi; four grandchildren, Kindall Johnson, Riley Johnson, Alex Johnson, Allison Johnson; three siblings, Tim Hembree (Joy), Keith Hembree (Janis), Richard Hembree; nieces and nephews, Missy Hembree, Shannon Venable, Chris Hembree, Michael Hembree and a host of other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, James Hembree; one niece, Lucy Hembree and one nephew, Bradley Hembree.
