Roland Sering, 94, of Higden, Arkansas passed on August 22, 2018. He was born on June 14, 1924 in Peoria, Illinois to the late Ernest and Mamie Sering. He served in the United States Army Air Corp, he was of Methodist faith and enjoyed working outside, wood working, and fishing.
Roland is preceded in death by his son Dave Sering; siblings; Walter Sering, Estella Selkirk, Wanda Driscoll, Lois Bibo, Dewey Sering, and Jim Sering. He is survived by his loving wife Hope Sering; children Chris Sering (Linda), Dianna Maddox (Roger), Tom Sering ( Cynthia), Paul Sering (Cynthia); five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.
