Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Bryan Andrew Bowen, Jr., 26

Bryan Andrew Bowen, Jr., 26, passed away on Monday,  November 12, 2018.  Andrew was born to Tonya and Bryan Bowen on October 5, 1992.  There were many who were blessed to love and be loved by Andrew.

Andrew is preceded in death by his father and hero Bryan.

He leaves behind his soulmate and wife Elizabeth and their son Easton.  Easton has always been Andrew’s greatest sense of joy and accomplishment.  He also leaves behind two sisters, Candice and Tori Bowen, niece Alianna and step-mother Christy Bowen all of Clarendon.  His mother Tonya Fletcher; grandmothers Wanda Tiner, Martha Bowen and Susie Craig; and will be mourned by many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.

Andrew spent his life doing what made him happy and rarely apologized for it; he proudly served his country and took pride in a job well done.  His sense of family was unprecedented and he loved Easton and Elizabeth with his entire being.

If you knew Andrew, you were truly blessed; if he loved you, he made you feel like one in a million.

Arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. 501-982-3400.

I have fond memories of Andrew playing baseball with my son, Daniel, while his dad, Bryan, coached. Andrew, like his dad, was a funny, kind-hearted boy, with the biggest, brightest smile. He had many friends and would help anyone.
I lost touch with Andrew after his dad passed away. He moved away, but I always tried to keep up with him through his stepmom and sisters. I knew he would be an exceptional young man.
I’m so sorry to hear that he lost his battle with cancer. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Rest in love, sweet boy.

Bowen was genuinely one of the nicest guys I’ve met (even though he was a Patriots fan). Rest Easy Brother!

Prayers for the family. Even though I never had the pleasure to meet Andrew, I felt like I knew him through his Grandmother, Wanda Tiner. She was truly his prayer warrior and kept me updated on his condition. Prayers for peace and comfort for this family. May Godnwrapnall of you in his protective and loving arms.

To have lost Andrew so young is just heartbreaking, but it would have been heartbreaking at any age. He was such a good kid, and I am proud to have been his teacher. Beth, you have my deepest condolences.
