Carlos “Wayne” Garner, 68, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away, on Saturday, November 3, 2018.
He is survived by his daughter, Gretchen Garner, and her three children; Aliyah, Phineas, & Quincy. He loved making people laugh, playing guitar, and being outdoors.
An outdoor memorial will be announced forthcoming via his daughter’s Facebook.

Just saw this. Wayne and I grew up together as boys and and teenagers. We were best friends through grade School , Junior High and into High School. Wayne taught me to play the guitar and we started a band.
