Joe Dean Shepherd, age 66, of Little Rock, passed away on Thursday, November 15, 2018. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Finis and Jewell Shepherd on June 5, 1952.
Joe is survived by his two children.

I am truly sad to hear of Joe’s passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. Joe was always kind to me. He visited with my husband Phil during his battle with cancer. May you each be comforted by good memories.
