Frank Edward “Skipper” Holley, III, 71

Frank Edward “Skipper” Holley, III, 71 of Little Rock died February 12, 2019. He was born  in 1947 in Little Rock.

He was a United States Air Force veteran. Frank worked as an environmental sanitation engineer for Shelby County, Tennesee and Barksdale AFB, Louisiana, developing hospital computer record-keeping and officer photo programs. He was personnel manager for Medical Reserve Units, 36thMSS, USAF earning awards, and liaison to SAG, AFHQ, AFRES, the Pentagon, US Congress. Holley worked as a Holiday Inn troubleshooter, and as sales VP for an industrial chemicals firm, breaking sales records, served on board of Directors of Chemical Consultants Inc. He was president of Frank E Holley Co. Distributors, a Memphis computer check production firm. He enjoyed piloting his plane, boating and fishing.

Frank was preceded in death by parents Frank Edward and Diana (Magnanti) Holley, Jr.; He is survived by a daughter, Shannon (Ernie) Cleveland; a sister, Deborah (Hector) Falero; a brother, Michael Anthony “Tony” (Brandi); nieces, Holly (Ronnie) Beard, Drew (John) Bender, Amber Holley (Brad); Shade and Kelly Holley and numerous grandchildren.

Family hosted memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. February 24, 2019 at Crosspoint Ministries, Beebe, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Wounded Warriors or veterans’ associations aiding military veterans.

    Tony & Family, so sorry for your loss. I know this was a long struggle, he has a great family that stuck with him.
