James “Carroll” Evans, 68, passed away on April 23, 2019.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie, son Mitchell, stepson Wayne (Eliza) Beagle, stepdaughter Jennifer Gray, sister Martha Lee, brothers Ricky (Sue) Evans and Bobby Evans, and 10 grandchildren.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 1 pm at Floyd United Methodist Church.
