Samuel Willis France, JR, 53

Samuel Willis France, JR, 53 of Austin, Arkansas, passed away from a heart attack on July 18, 2019. Samuel was born March 1, 1966 at Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri to Samuel Willis France, SR and Margret Ann Fotchman-France.  

Samuel was a landscape artist and builder. He was a wonderful man and loved his family.

Samuel is survived by his loving wife Carolyn France; parents Samuel and Margret France; children Michelle Hallum and Tommy Hallum; 2 sisters; and lots of nieces and nephews to carry on and honor his memory.

A Celebration of Life is being held on Saturday July 27, 2019 at 11:00am at The France Residence.

    I knew Sammy when he was a kid. I worked with his mom at hair salon . Single mom raising three young kids. Sorry for your loss. Praying for your family.

    So very sorry to hear about Sammy. He was like a second dad growing up in the neighborhood. Truly will be missed. The entire family is in my prayers and thoughts. I love you all!!

    I love you Uncle Sammy and your big heart. I’ll miss the jokes you told that kid turn any situation into a laugh. Thank you for showing me love and accountability cool stuff and the best humor on Earth. You will love playing with your great nephews when we get to meet on that one bright sunny day
