Ella Juanita Brickell, 86 of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed from this life on August 12, 2019. She was born in Dover, Arkansas on November 15, 1932 to the late Everett and Audra Wait.
Juanita is also preceded in death by her husband Charles Brickell and son Mike Brickell. She leaves behind her daughters Lee Ann Heavener (Alan), Carolyn Norman; grandchildren Amy Traywick, Jacob Briggs, Ashley Ackerman; a host of golden great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers her family has asked for donations to be sent to Grace Hospice Foundation 655 Brawley School Road Suite 200 Mooresville, North Carolina 28117.

My sweet aunt! She was with my mother and me the day I was born and has always been there for me ever since. I loved her so very much!
I met Juanita when Lee Ann and I became best friends 42 years ago. She was such a talented seamstress, along with her other wonderful attributes. My mother had taught me how to sew, but Juanita taught me how to do alterations, especially on men’s clothing. It was a valuable talent she shared with me as I was able to stay home with my children and do alterations for extra money. She was so very patient and kind while she instructed me. I will never forget her kindness and I loved her laugh. She treated me like another daughter and I will miss her.
