Billy West Brown 80, of Bismarck, Arkansas passed from this life on August 30, 2019. He was born in Honey Grove, Texas to the late Earl and Vada Brown. Billy loved many things in life but his family and being on the lake were the things that brought him the most joy.
He is also preceded in death by his brother Michael Brown and sister Sandra Brown. Billy leaves behind his children Tony Brown, Candace Rogers, Billie Kay Calvert, Bonner Brown and Jessica Brown and six grandchildren.
His family will hold a memorial service in his honor on Monday, September 2, 2019 at Bismarck Pentecostal Church at 11:00am for all who wish to come.
