Laurie Ann Bradford, 59, long time resident of Little Rock, passed away on September 10, 2019, after a 10 month battle with lung cancer. She was born to Mel & Dona Buer in Ft. Collins, Co on April 15, 1960.
Laurie moved to Little Rock in her early 20’s and was married to John Bradford for a short time. Laurie gave birth to four daughters over the years.
She battled with addictions and knowing her place in the world, but found her greatest happiness when she became part of the biker community in Little Rock.
Laurie was a fabulous seamstress, cook, dancer, Goodwill treasure-finder, friend, and above all, an optimist even in tough times.
She is preceded in death by infant daughter, Jade Ashley; parents, Mel & Dona; and sister, Stephanie. Laurie leaves behind daughters, Amy Herman of Littleton, CO; Emma Bradford of Clinton, AR; Zena Stone of Hot Springs, AR; four grandchildren; a sister, Wendy Jones of Rochester, MN; brothers, Mitchell Buer of Ft. Collins, Doug Buer of Loveland, CO; 12 nieces & nephews, & countless, caring, fabulous friends including patrons and the staff at the Longbranch Biker Bar & B&S Tavern.
There will be gatherings at the B&S Tavern this weekend, and the Longbranch next weekend, to remember Laurie.

Well, I think we both thought that we’d have more time to say goodbye and just thinking that brings a tear to my eye. You were a beautiful, honest and loving friend to me and I’m so happy to have known you. Thank you so much for all of those late nights you spent with me, just talking and sharing stories about our lives. You allowed me in your heart and I’m a better person having known you. I’ll miss your sass,. I’ll miss your smile. Ill miss your cooking and ill miss shopping with you at Goodwill, flea markets and yard sales. (Nobody can spot great deals like you do, and I do mean NOBODY!). Thank you for sharing your friendship with me. I will cherish those memories so much. I love you, Laurie!! Your song may have ended, but your melody remains.
I’ll never forget you taking care of me while I was sick or telling me to ignore the sizes in clothes we found at the Goodwill. You were one of my favorite people and you will be missed dearly.

I miss you so much. There will never be another like you. Although I’m broken-hearted that you’re gone, I’m glad your suffering has ended. I reflect on our 17+ year friendship & I smile and laugh thinking about the numerous good times we shared. I especially cherish the last few months we spent together. I love you Laurie. I bet things are “fabulous” at your new home.
