Terry G. Crook, 68, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Sherwood, Arkansas.  He was born on September 24, 1950 in Riverside California to the late Irvey William and Allice L. Crook.

He is preceded in death by a daughter, a sister and a brother.

Terry is survived by his loving wife Reba; two sons; three daughters; three brothers and three sisters and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews and friends.

Memorial will be held at a later date.
