Debora Darlene Kent, 64

Debora Darlene Kent, age 64 of Jacksonville entered Heavens gates on Friday, October 11,2019.  She was born on November 23,1954 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Debora took pride and enjoyed her career of more than 43 years at Remington Arms in Lonoke.  She was a dedicated employee, an amazing cook and enjoyed shopping at thrift stores and flea markets in her time off. 

She is survived by her husband, David Lee Kent, her father Teddy Gene Joslin, her brother James Joslin, her two aunts; Carma Waymack (Ronald), and Veda Catlett and a host of friends and co-workers. 

She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara Ann Joslin.

Cremation Arrangements are under the trusted direction of A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas, 72076. 501-982-3400.

    Debbie was one of a kind. She gave unconditionally of her time, money and love. She was a perfectionist on her job and put Remington first in her life. She was out spoken and demanded justice when she or others were done wrong. She could be difficult at times but always had the best interest of others in mind with everything she did. She had a lot of health problems the last few years of her life and suffered greatly, but kept right on going to the very end. Rest In Peace my friend you have earned your wings

    I didn’t really know Debbie that well nor did I work side by side with her at Remington but I will say she was always friendly to me & always willing to chit chat if you made the time. RIP dear lady. 🙏

    I’ve known Debbie the whole time I’ve worked at Remington. She made me laugh and was always had a smile even when she wasn’t feeling her best. I will miss seeing you. Rest in Peace

    Debbie was one of a kind, she took pride in her work, she would always offer me food and snacks. I listened to her vent alot nights. Rest easy my friend

    RIL Debbie we didn’t always see eye to on some things but you always stood your ground. You were nice to me and always offering me something to eat! You had a big heart and will be missed. Especially by your cat Sassy. L

    RIP, sweet lady . Debbie would say Valla I need a hug 😪 we gave and received hugs that was good for the soul . Life was not always good but she never faltered.

    Debbie i am truly going miss you and seeing you too. You was my first friend at remington when i first stsrt. Thank you for being there for me. You vwere one of kind and no one will ever fill that spot. One day i see you agsin .♥️
