Kenneth Ray Billingsley, 80, of Gravelly passed away on November 17, 2019. He was born in (Red Hill) Bluffton, Arkansas to the late Joseph and Mable Billingsley on April 20, 1939.
He was a proud United State Air Force veteran who was an avid outdoorsman who loved deer hunting, road trips, being on the family farm and spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his brother Donald Joe Billingsley.
Kenneth leaves behind his loving wife of 13 years, Theresa Billingsley; his children Kenny Billingsley (Julie), Mitch Billingsley, Chris Billingsley, Amie Carpenter (Jason Garrett), Jacob Frolick (Cydnie), Dustie Frolick, Jessica Frolick and Samuel Frolick (Kate); his grandchildren Corey Billingsley (Rebecca), Kyle Billingsley, Garren Carpenter (Taylor), Christian Carpenter, Doug Carpenter (Brooklyn Lancaster), Irelynn Carperenter, Joseph Billingsley, Brittany Billingsley, Bryanna Urban, Izzy Urban, Karissa Watkins, Ivory Frolick, and Alice Frolick; six great-grandchildren; his siblings David Billingsley (Sandra), Steve Billingsley (Lois) and Dorothy Billingsley (wife of Donald Joe Billingsley) as well as many extended family and friends.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas.

We are proud to have known Cousin & Uncle Kenneth Ray! He was always happy and a fun guy to be around. We will never say “good bye” as we will meet each other again!
