Mary Ann Redd Terrell, age 75

Mary Ann Redd Terrell, 75, passed from this life on November 11, 2019. She was born in Pontiac, Michigan to the late William A. Redd and Anna Mae Freeman Redd. Mary Ann was raised on a farm by her grandparents Charles and Nellie Redd in Romeo, Michigan. She spent her early years helping her grandmother on the farm. These early years were some of her happiest spent with her family, aunts, uncles and cousins around. Mary Ann moved to Arkansas at the age of 15 where she met and married Joe Tom Terrell of Humphrey, Arkansas. They bore two sons who she leaves behind, Joe Scott and Brian Christopher Terrell. She went to work for the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service after her children started school. Mary Ann retired from the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality with 28 years working for the state of Arkansas.

Her greatest joys in life were her grandchildren Brittney Nicole Terrell and Evann Christopher Terrell; she is also survived by great-grandson Kade Dillon Terrell; great-granddaughter Adilynn Grace Terrell; siblings Bill Redd, Doug Redd, Albert Redd, Cameron Redd, Jeff Clark, Gail, Donna Griffiths, Brenda Carter and a host of other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 10-11am with funeral service to start at 11:00am at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas.  501-982-3400
