Jerry Lee Quattlebaum, 75 of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed December 17, 2019.
He is survived by his wife Cammie Price; children Heather (Steven), Max, Jerred and Cameron Quattlebaum; siblings Susan and Mark and two granddaughters.
A Memorial Service will be held at Parkhill Baptist Church Rally Room at 3:00pm on Sunday, December 22, 2019.
