Peggy Leehy, 66, of Alexander passed away on August 1, 2020. She was born in East St. Louis, Illinois on February 24, 1954 to the late George and Margaret (Hopkins) Little.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Lonnie Leehy; her sister Lois Danner, of Tull, Arkanas and Kevin Little of Caseyville, Illinois; her animals, a horse, a bird and a dog.

Lonnie, you are in my prayers. Peg holds a special place in my heart and she will be missed. I cherish the sweet memories of her friendship.
I took dulcimer lessons from Peggy. She was more than my dulcimer teacher, she was a good friend who
never stopped my lesson after thirty minutes.She was a very giving person who was always making something for someone.
