Royal Stacy St. Clair, age 58, of North Little Rock passed away on August 15, 2020. He was born in Garden Grove, California on June 27, 1962 to the late Doyal Dean St. Clair and Opal Margaret High.
He was a loving brother and uncle who loved fishing, hanging out with his friends, and listening to Elvis. He was very laid back and was always very cheerful.
Royal will be missed by his sister Ellen St. Clair of North Little Rock Arkansas, niece Misty St. Clair of Sherwood Arkansas, nephew Shawn St. Clair of Kansas, and many other family members and friends.
A family hosted Memorial will be held at a later date.
