John David Lewis, age 54

John David Lewis, 54, of Perryville passed away in his home on September 6, 2020.  He was born on Naha Air Force Base, Okinawa Japan on November 21, 1965 to Floyd, Sr. and Sue Ann (Saugey) Lewis.

He served proudly in the United States Air Force before retiring.  As a young man he enjoyed playing football and was an All-Star player.  He loves to tinker with machinery, going hunting and fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father Floyd Lewis, Sr.

John leaves behind his loving mother, Sue Ann Martin; his siblings Kathy Matthis (Jerry), Adam Lewis, Danny Lewis (Teresa) and Floyd Lewis, Jr.; as host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas. 501-982-3400.
