Kaylene’s mother and my mother were sisters. Kaylene was a lot older than me, but as cousins we would see each other at holiday family gatherings and reunion potlucks. My heart goes out to her family and friends at this difficult time. May you hold tight to each other and take comfort in the memories of happy times together.
