Derrick Lee Ogden, age 66

Derrick Lee Ogden, 66, of Cabot passed away on November 9, 2020.  He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on July 10, 1954 to the late Clarence and Joy Faye (Howell) Ogden.

He loved fishing, watching the Arkansas Razorbacks, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He never met a stranger and loved to talk to anyone and everyone.

He is preceded by his parents.

Derrick leaves behind his loving wife of 29 years, Debra (Enlow) Ogden; his children Lisa Proffit (Billy), Kimberly Conner (Ben) and Patey Morris; his grandchildren Mason, Izzy, Isbella, Ahlaya,and Amiah; his siblings Rhonda Lievsay (Ray), Dena Rudd (Glenn) and Lee Odgen; a host of extended family and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas.  501-982-3400

    So sad to hear about the passing of my cousin. I have so many wonderful memories of the Ogden kids when we were growing up. My condolences to the family.

    I am so sorry for your loss Deb. My prayers are with you and your family. My heart hurts for you Deb. Derrick was the funniest person ever and stubborn. It had to be the RED HAIR! I can hear his laugh and I will never forget it. He had the kind of laugh that will stay with you forever. He was the type of person that would make your heart smile. I will always love you and your family so much. Derrick, Rest In Peace.

    Sending condolences to you Debra, the kids, grandkids and the rest of his family.
    Derrick will be missed. I so appreciated him coming to visit me in California, we made some memories. He had a great sense of humor and loved hearing him say whazzzzz up.

    Hi Debra, my name is Omar and I used to work with Derrick in Hoerbiger FL, so sad to find out about Derrick passing, so many good times (even though we were working), one of few good persons in this times, He is missed.
