Leatha Jean Bullard, 58, of Romance, Arkansas passed away on November 17, 2020. She was born on February 15, 1962 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late William Ranzy and Dorthie Estelle (Weatherly) Moore.
She loved being with her family and friends. She loved playing on the computer, resting in her recliner, reading, hunting and fishing.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her siblings Maurice Moore, Wayne Moore and Brenda Strickland; her nephews Skeeter Straschinske and Brian Wood.
Leatha leaves behind her loving husband, Ronald Bullard; her children Stephanie Roberson (Cory), Colby Lucas (Josh Kellebrew), Tiffany Bettie and Wesley Bullard; her grandchildren Landon Roberson, Linlee Roberson, Lohgan Kellebrew, Lawson Kellebrew, Luke Bullard and Evelyn Bettie; her siblings Linda Van, Jan Payne, Donna Wilson (David) and William “Bimbo” Moore; a host of extended family and friends.
Memorial service will be on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 from 1:00 PM at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street in Jacksonville. In light of the current health concerns, Leatha’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service. Please be aware, as per Arkansas directives, attendance will be regulated in accordance to Arkansas guidelines, all guests in attendance will be required wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.
