Steve was always A True Friend to all who knew him.
Steve was a great friend & employer to my beloved daddy, Jesse Soileau. He will be missed. Thoughts & pressures for his family.
Steve was a great guy. I’ll always remember that booming laugh.
I always enjoyed my time with my back to Steve. He was good at his profession and a good guy. I hated it when he retired. But happy for him.
He was a solid 10.
When I returned home after a haircut my wife would immediately corner me and want to know Steve’s lasted story or joke. He could have given Justin Wilson a run for the money. What a great guy…straight shooter, funny, and a very wise philosopher. A wonderful friend for 52 years
Steve was a great friend, and solid businessman…..He could tell a joke with the best of them….touched a lot of lives, spread a lot of joy…..we’ll tell em where we got it old friend…………

Just learned of Steve’s passing. I moved to Shreveport in 1968 and met Steve. He became my friend and barber. What a great guy. Always with the funny coonass story. We has a lot of adult beverages together over the years
Steve’O , my good friend and barber for many many years . Steve was at the top of his game . I too hated it when he retired . I kept up with him through Mr. Charles . When I find a guy with his talent I stay with him until he retires ! Yes , when he opened his eyes he was face to face with his Creator standing with open arms ! The more sorrowful the parting , the more joyful the REUNION .
Steve was the first stylist to give me a styled haircut. Always classy, good to talk to. I’m sorry to see him leave us.
