Joan Louise McCartney, age 77, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was born in East Liver Pool, Ohio on September 7, 1943.
She loved watching John Wayne Westerns, eating, spending time with her family, and especially shopping.
Joan is preceded in death by her parents, and her only son Arthur Ray Talbert.
She will be missed by her daughter in law Natasha Talbert; grandchildren Nick Talbert, Dayton Webster, and Nathanial Smith; sister Nancy Booth; and many more family members, and friends.
A Celebration of life to be held in the home in Jacksonville at a later date.

I may have come if ANYONE would have told my son, his blood grandmother had passed.
