Martha Ann Phelps, age 62, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born on November 13, 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Ellis Allen Field and Mary M. Price Field.
In her earlier years Martha was a Cub Scout Leader, she loved going to flea markets, and she loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her parents Ellis Allen Field and Mary M. Price Field; and brothers Allen Field and Gene Field.
Martha will be missed by her husband George Phelps, her son Charles Waterman, and many other family members and friends.
