Barbara Dell Seward, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Born to Elbert and Martha Hemphill on June 11, 1949.
She passed away with her family by her side.
She is survived by her five children, and sixteen grandchildren of Irish and Cherokee descent.
