Robert Wayne McElderry, age 94, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021 in North Little Rock. He was born in Reynolds, Missouri on September 26, 1926 to the late Rosco Ivan McElderry and Ruby Lucille Walker.
He had a fantastic sense of humor, and was a huge trickster and jokester. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Robert was a very hard worker. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents; Rosco and Ruby McElderry, daughter; Kathleen Lois McElderry, and siblings; Jerry McElderry, Mary McElderry Knapp, and Bernard McElderry.
He will be missed by his children Robert W. McElderry Jr. (Wanda), Daniel G. McElderry (Kathryn), Mary Beth McElderry Jarrett (Allen), Becky S. McElderry Waddle (Michael Williamson deceased, Don), Laura L McElderry Clark (Rodney), Robin E. McElderry Moses (Wayne), thirty-one grandchildren, forty-eight great grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren, siblings; Marg McElderry Dullard, and Beulah McElderry Storey, and many more family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 24, 2021 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at A Natural State Funeral Service. 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076.

For a good man, sleep in peace
The world is not going to be the same without this wonderful man in it. He was a true inspiration to all who knew him and he was a devout man of God. May Bob rest in peace.
