Lisa Sharon Wood, 57, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away peacefully on May 23rd, 2021 with family by her side. Lisa was born September 30th, 1963 in Little Rock. The cherished only child of Harold and Sue Wood, Lisa was a beloved mother, life partner, and friend. Always generous, quick witted, and with a spirited laugh, she deeply touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Lisa’s greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, friends, and her pets.
She is predeceased by her parents, Harold and Sue Wood, Mel McCraw, and Sydney Ward. Lisa is survived by the love of her life, Rick Hood, her daughter Stacey (McCraw) Fee and her partner Gary, son Jayson Ward and his wife Kristina, and grandchildren Brent and Alizabeth Fee, J.T. and Jacob Ward, and their mother Katie. Lisa also leaves behind lifelong friends and soulmates Jayna Ross and Carol Gamble, as well as extended family and close loved ones.
Her compassionate and loving heart will be dearly missed by all who will carry her spirit with them.
The family invites Lisa’s loved ones and friends to attend a graveside service at Forest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery (10200 AR-5, Alexander, AR 72002), 11 am Saturday, May 29th, 2021. A small reception in her memory will follow at New Hope Nazarene Church (5519 Atwood Road, Little Rock, AR 72206).

Rick, Stacey, and Jayson, and family. My deepest, heart felt condolences to you all. Lisa was one of my oldest friends on the planet. She was a wonderful person who loved each of you dearly.
