Alice Marie Hendrix, 80, of Almyra, Arkansas went to be with the Lord, June 26, 2021. She was born April 17, 1941 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to the late Waldo and Margret Boehn.
Alice was married to the late Calvin Hendrix (Slim) for 51 years. She is survived by her three children Diane Lloyd and husband Greg of Crockett’s Bluff, Arkansas, Paul Hendrix and wife Mae of Almyra, Arkansas, Gary Hendrix and wife Cindy of Searcy, Arkansas; one sister Sandra Boehn of Stuttgart, Arkansas; five grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
Alice loved being with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed fishing, quilting, and spending time with her church members.
Visitation will be Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 10:00am at Almyra Cemetery. Graveside Service will follow at 11:00am.
Alice’s family is requesting in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Almyra United Methodist Church, 407 West Main Street, Almyra, Arkansas 72003.

I have some wonderful memories when I was young spending a lot of time with Aunt Alice and Uncle Calvin. One day we will all be together again. Prayers and thoughts go out to Paul, Diane and Gary.
