A young life stolen too soon, his memory, however, can not be taken and will live on in all that knew him! Zak will forever be missed by all who knew and loved him! I am proud to say that I am one of those that got to know and care for him, tremendously! Rest in love, my friend!

I’m gonna miss him. I didn’t speak to him much but I remember when I was little him always being around and being like a big brother to me. It was an on going joke in the family that he was my “future husband”. He was the best there was.

    • Lora Chumney Posted July 30, 2021 10:22 PM

Thank you Lydia for those thoughtful memories.

I’ll never forget that time I made you go to Oaklawn with me.
Jace & Jaxx remember you shootin’ hoops with em in the back yard. We just talked about it today.
They always thought you were so goofy.. especially the hoverboard.
    We laughed.
I will miss the fun times with you & Allison. I will miss hearing you holler & then immediately lovin’ on Zena & Lady & taking them everywhere with you like they were your kids.
I love your family. I promise to always be there for Keith, Lora, & Ian.
You were a beautiful soul & a true friend.
I will truly miss the laughter you brought to mine & my family’s life.
I hope we meet again someday, my dear friend. Til then I’ll keep working on my dart game.
    Much Love,
    ~Kim

    Zak, I still can’t believe you’re gone.
I remember when we first met. I had just been in that wreck & had a hematoma on my face and was super deformed looking..
I looked scary. It was funny. We laughed.
Also, back then Your dart game was so bad, it took you up until last year for you to FINALLY beat me!
I would get so mad!! Lol
You thought it was funny. We laughed.
I’ll never forget that day we were standing in my Granny’s kitchen & you were wearing a cross necklace & Jaxx looked at me & said, “Mom, is he Jesus?”
    Again, we laughed.
That super sweaty day I had literally 24 hours to clean out my storage which of course was the biggest unit they had packed full of furniture to the ceiling. Tim, Somer, & I needed more muscles & you were the only one that came through. It almost killed us all, it was so hot, but we did it! I tried to make up for it with pizza and strawberry fanta. You said, “no, Kim we ain’t even, you owe me big!!.”
    But, you were still laughing.
