David Wesley Brickey, age 76, of Ward, Arkansas passed away on Monday, August 16, 2021. He was born on January 25, 1945 in Hickory Ridge, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley Brickey; parents Faris C and Ruby I Brickey; and brothers Haywood Brickey, Jack Brickey, Hershel Brickey, and Jim Brickey.
David is survived by his children Greta Crooksten (Michael), Gary Brickey, Sherry Wheeler (Michael), Stanley Brickey, Allan Brickey, and Anthony Brickey(Kerrie); grandchildren Dustin Parrish (Katrina), Brandon Parrish, Tamara Eads (Michael), McKenzie Parrish, Jeffrey Burrows (Rachel), Hunter Hood, and Zeek Austin Brickey (Mackenzie), Isaiah Brickey, step grandson Josh Harrison; ten great grandchildren; siblings Carl Brickey, Joey Brickey, Jimmy Brickey, Mary Evans, Dean Stafford, and Glenda Brickey; and many other family members and friends.
David was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend who will be missed by many. He was a faithful member of The Church of The First Born.
