Jewel Lynn Sperry, 68, passed away August 30, 2021. She was born October 2, 1952 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Sam Brister and Dolores Allen.

Jewel enjoyed the beach, coffee, reading, and crocheting. She loved her grandchildren and family. Jewel worked in retail and the food industry. She liked crime documentaries and loved Christmas.

Jewel is preceded in death by her parents Sam and Dolores Brister; grandson Jesse Fortner-Eison; and father of her children Bobby Thompson.

Jewel leaves behind her children Honey Pena (Michael), Carrie Eison, Salena Lopez (Alex), Amber Eaton (Patrick), Nathan Thompson, and Bobby Thompson; fourteen grandchildren; brother Walter Brister (Priscilla); and many extended family and friends.
