Michelle Diane Hazel, 46, of Ward, Arkansas passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born in North Little Rock on December 9, 1974.
She loved the Dallas Cowboys, watching medical shows on TV, and doing arts and crafts. Michelle also loved working in the food ministry at Grace Community Church in Ward, AR, and spending time with her family and friends.
Michelle is preceded in death by her mother; husband, Thomas Leonard; and son Shane Austin Hazel.
She will be missed by her son Cody Hazel; father Bruce Hicks; a brother; and two sisters.
Michelle’s memorial service will be Sunday August 15, 2021 at 1:00PM at Grace Community Church at 30 West Second St. Ward, Arkansas 72176.
