Helping Families and Friends Honor Their Loved One

Rachel Ann Nichols, age 34

Rachel Ann Nichols, age 34, went to be with The Lord on August 8th, 2021.  She was born to parents Kelly Tindall and Monica Griffin, on the 28th of June, 1987 in Jacksonville, Arkansas.

Rachel graduated from North Little Rock High School, class of 2005. She met Taurian Nichols, the love of her life, in high school, and was a devoted stay-at-home mom.
She was a faithful member of The Apostolic Sanctuary of Little Rock, where she served as a member of the marriage retreat committee. She enjoyed singing, spending quality time with her close knit family, and cooking for family and friends. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, her deep sense of loyalty to friends and loved ones, her nurturing demeanor to not only her children, but all children, and her cut throat competitiveness in games.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Charles and Emogene Tindall, Claude Griffin, Odie Harrison, and Stepfather Bruce Griffin.

She is survived by her loving husband of 9 years, Taurian Nichols; children Jeremiah, Jaylan, Miya, Taurian Jr., Aria, Aveyon and Brody; grandparents Charles & Rita Dodson, and Ann Griffin; parents Monica Griffin, Kelly (Tina) Tindall, and Renae Nichols; siblings Sean Griffin, Jimmie Tindall, Kelly Tindall, Bradley Tindall, Britni Tindall, Deion Wright, Phillip Talley, Michelle Groves, and Tia Holmes.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 17, 2021 from 6-8 PM in the chapel at A Natural State Funeral Service in Jacksonville.

In light of the current health concerns, Rachel’s family thanks you for your thoughts and prayers if you are not able to attend the service. Please be aware, all guests in attendance will be required to wear masks/facial coverings and social distancing guidelines will be in place.

I was privileged to go to church with Rachel this last year
At the APOSTOLIC SANCTUARY in Little Rock. What a joy it has been to watch her as she has grown so much in Christ. Her faith in God had become so strong. I enjoyed working with her on the marriage retreat committee. She will be so greatly missed. We love you Taurien and kids. Our thoughts and prayers are with you
