Paul D. Owens, age 61

Paul Douglas Owens, 61, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away August 29, 2021. He was born in Dexter, Missouri on January 1, 1960.

Paul is preceded in death by his parents Paul H Owens and Phyllis Ann Beck and his sister Sissy Owens.

He is survived by his brother Phillip Owens and many extended family and friends.

Paul enjoyed fishing, hunting, and airplanes. He spent many years working on river boats and just enjoyed being outdoors. He loved spending time with his family and close friends. He will be missed by all that knew him.
