Melba Paulette Richards, age 78, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021. She was born on February 13, 1943 in Swifton, Arkansas.
She is preceded in death by her husband Robert (Red) Richards; parents Melvin and Helen Thompson; and sisters JoAnn Mann, Barbara Wingo, Chetta Lane, and Linda Brewer.
Melba is survived by her son Melvin Halstead (Linda); step daughters Bobbie, Brenda, and Beverly; grandson William Mott; brother Roger Thompson; sister Kay Newell; and many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Faith Free Will Bible Church, 107 Wints Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, at 1:00 PM.
