Robert “Rob” Lee Samples, age 48, of Jacksonville, Arkansas, unexpectedly passed away surrounded by his children and mother, Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
He was born to parents Janet (Samples) Davis and Lee Roy Samples, on November 5, 1972, in Little Rock, Arkansas. After high school he would go on to work many years as a general contractor and then later in life as a wrecker driver. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his friends and loved ones, fixing anything that was broken, collecting tools, working with his hands, keeping people laughing, hunting, gardening, fishing, and wood working. He was always the first to offer a hand when you were in need. He was a very kind and loving man.
Robert is survived by his mother Janet Davis, his daughter, Tiffanee (Ryan) Miller, his son Robert “Blake” Samples, his daughter in law Ashley (Austin) Samples, his sisters Rachel Davis, Brandy Lambert, Cindy Samples, his brother Justin Davis, his grandson Hays Miller, his granddaughters Adalee Samples, Abagail Samples, Harper Samples, as well as a host of other family and friends who loved him dearly. He is proceeded in death by his father Lee Roy Samples, his son Austin Samples, his brother Cory Samples, his uncle James Samples, his step father Charles Davis.
A graveside service to celebrate his life will be announced at a later date.

Rob was one of a kind! He was my boyfriends best friend and became my best friend when bob passed away! He was loved by so many! He will be missed by so many people! I couldn’t have made it this far without him! Rest in peace! Until I see you again. I love you Rob!!
