I was there along with my brother and Nana when the Navy Recruiter came to the house in Clear Lake and showed uncle Vince a “Recruiter Movie”. I too was amazed with it! Uncle Vince and I got to do some jamming as well while I was there! These are the memories I will keep with me! RIP uncle Vince! Love you Man!
Marilyn, i am so sorry for your loss! Praying for comfort for you.
The itsy bitsy spider went up the water spout.
Down came the rain, and washed the spider out.
Up came the sun, and dried up all the rain,
and the itsy bitsy spider went up the spout again.
So remember teaching you this rhythm at age 3. You were so adorably cute singing and doing the finger movements. Then days later you were playing it on that pull-a-ling xylophone.
Such a sweet memory. That and the creepy crawlers and chocolate covered bugs..LOL!
Rest in peace brother. Until we see each other again. Will miss you
Love you…Sis

I served with Vinny for almost 3 years in the Navy aboard the USS New Jersey. We became good friends. His love of his music was inspiring, and if I know Vinny, he is playing his music in heaven this very moment.
My deepest condolences to Vinny’s family and friends.
Rest In Peace Vinny…..My friend, and fellow Shipmate!
Vince I will cherish the times at the picnic table at work where we tried everyday to solve the world problems.
Now more than ever, I wish the world would have tried some the solutions we came up with.
I will miss you dear friend.
You will be miss buddy Intel we met again
Loved working with you at Liberty Tax office! You were the best Lady Liberty!!! Mar Mar (as Alisha called her) was part of our family which made you family too. Love you guys to the moon and back! Rest in paradise
My mothers son through another marriage.. Im guessing that makes me an estranged related half brother. No worries .. I did not know him at all. Might have met him once in 2001. Amusing is a hilarious family dysfunctional history by separation, which seems common amongst many so called modern human species. I Just learned of his passing through my sister Penny at the end of October 2021. My nephew Brian M Johnson a son of Sonjia Martin filled in on details. Vincent Cravotto & I conversed from time to time, via internet ,book face, over a common tread interest in music & guitar .. Never knew he had a middle name of “Rocky” .. It appears that music & guitar run through some of my family genetics. . We are all just on walk about , passing through this life on a journey. Condolences & regards to his wife Marilyn Brewer an to extended family & friends.
Hey Eddie, a very solid career you have going. You would of loved playing with your brother. He was right up your alley, and one of the finest guitarist I’ve ever played with. It’s a shame you didn’t have a chance to know him. He was special! If you ever want to know how he got the name “Rocky “, give me a call. I’d love to tell ya. And your right, music, especially guitar run in your family. Peace brother
