Betty Elaine Whitmire, age 78, of Austin, Arkansas passed away on November 20, 2021. She was born on June 4, 1943 in Dermott, Arkansas.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband John Whitmire; brothers Ralph Garrison, Robert Garrison, and Horace Garrison Jr; sister Doris Garrison; and parents Horace and Emma Garrison.

Betty is survived by her children Scott Whitmire, David Whitmire (Kyla), and Shane Whitmire (Kristy); grandchildren Chandra, Thomas, Audrey, Shannen, Raquel, Jaden; greatgrandchildren Jasper, Michale, and Oliver; siblings Betty Garrison, and Marleta Garrison; and many more family members and friends.
