Clotis Jim Williams, 84, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away from this life on October 30, 2021. He was born on July 7, 1937.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Clotis leaves behind to cherish his memory his son Mark Milligan and many extended family and friends.
He enjoyed fishing, playing pool, and playing cards. He worked for many years in construction doing home remodeling. He will be missed that all that knew him.
