Debra Kaye Mullins, 63, of Beebe passed away on November 20, 2021 in Beebe, Arkansas. She was born on March 16, 1958 to the late Henry Quinton Coiner and Bonnie Marie Coiner.
She enjoyed fishing, sewing, going to the lake and being outdoors. She was strong in her Christian faith and enjoyed faithfully reading her bible. She loved her family but absolutely adored her grandchildren. She was a loving great friend to everyone she met.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Debra leaves behind her husband tony Mullins; her children Kim Waggle, Kenny Waggle, Robby Waggle, and Katona Heffington; her grandchildren Klaire Heffington and Leon Heffington; and many extended friends and family.
