Destiny Lynn Rachelle Starnes, 24, of Austin, passed away on November 19, 2021. She was born on January 7, 1997.
Destiny is survived by her sons, Evan Williams and David Dewayne Hall; father, George Dewayne Shirley; mother, Jennifer Mavity; siblings, Alexandria Starnes, Sydnie Mavity, and several other step-siblings; uncles and aunts, Billy and Tina Shirley and Buddy Starnes and Rebecca Markham; grandparents on both sides, and her fur baby, Lily.
