Jimmy Dale Blankenship, age 79,

Jimmy Dale Blankenship, age 79, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away on Monday, November 8, 2021. He was born in Prescott, Arkansas on January 17, 1942.

He is preceded in death by his wife Almeda Blankenship; parents Willie and Bessie Mae Blankenship; and children Jimmy Dale Blankenship Jr, and Jeana Blankenship.

Jimmy will be missed by his son Bobby Blankenship; step children Kathy Coleman, Mitchell Cleveland (Karen), Shayral Henry (Matt), Judith Long (Ricky), and Kevin Cleveland (Darlene); twenty-one grandchildren; forty great grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville AR 72076. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 12, 2021 at 10:00 AM at A Natural State Funeral Service, 2620 West Main Street, Jacksonville AR 72076, followed by interment at Sumner Cemetery in Cabot, Arkansas.

    You will always be 10 feet tall and tough as nails in my mind Papa Ship. We Loved you, tell my Uncle Jr. and Aunt Jeana Kay I love and miss them so so so so much! !!!!!

    Took meals to him Mon morning. Always had a smile and a warm hug. He will truly be missed by all of us who saw him every Monday. God rest his soul
