Brandy Shelby, 36, of Jacksonville, passed away on December 20, 2021. She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on May 11, 1985 to the late Thurman “Trey” Doyle Hubbard III and Sandra Jean (Hopper) Hubbard.
Brandy enjoyed playing cards and casino games. She was a planner and was the go to person for hosting parties, family gatherings, and weddings. Brandy was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, her grandparents Patsy and Wayne Hopper, and her sons Caelum Shelby and Aleczander Shelby.
Brandy leaves behind her loving husband Lamont Shelby SR; her children Davonte Kincade, Nyla Shelby, Lamont Shelby JR; her siblings Daniel (Angela) Hubbard, Josh (Cheyenne) Hubbard; brother-in-laws Donald (Kayla) Williams, Derrick (Lashundra) Raynor; Nephews Kameron and Kaydon; her grandparents Thurman Hubbard II and Martha Hubbard; grandparents of her children Curley and Lois Raynor and Willie Shelby; and a host of family and friends.
Brandy’s Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 9:00am and funeral service following at 10:00am at House of Refuge Ministries located at 911 S. Oak Street, Jacksonville, Arkansas 72076 with interment to follow at Arkansas Memorial Gardens Cemetery located at 8507 AR 161, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72117

Brandy will be more than missed. She was and will always be my favorite cousin, she welcomed and made me feel loved in the Hubbard and Shelby family. My heart goes out to Nyla, Lj, D, Lamont, Daniel, Angela, Cam, Cheyenne, and Josh. Its definitely not fair but I know heaven gained an amazing angel.

Brandy was more than my best friend, she was my sis. She was my go to when I was having a rough day, she was my cards and dominoes partner, she was my kids Aunt B, she was an amazing mother! She was such a sweet and amazing person who deserved the best out of life. She was finally in her happy place. I’m so sad that she is gone and I know she is going to be missed by so many people. I love you B!!! D, Nyla and LJ will always be loved and taken care of. They have so many people who love them.
