Greta Oliver, 70, died on December 13, 2021 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock. She was born in Marshall, AR on August 31, 1950, the daughter of E.G. and Cleo James.
She lived in the Welcome Home Community for most of her adult life with her husband of 49 years, Robert Oliver. She worked at Flintrock Shirt Company for many years, then as a caregiver for home health. She attended Red Oak Freewill Baptist Church in Marshall.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Oliver, and her companion Gene Cole, and a sister Ernie Housley. She is survived by her sons, James and Robbie Oliver, two grandsons, Justin(Kansas) Oliver and Lucas Oliver, three great-grandsons, Hunter, Grayson, and Zayden. Her sister Rita(Bill) Horton, brothers Bruce(Benita) and Billy(Cindy) James and Scotty(Belinda) Oliver, and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday January 8, 2022 at 2:00pm at Red Oak Freewill Baptist Church.
