Mamaw, you were my absolute best friend. It’s going to be extremely hard to go on without you but i do know you are in a better place and will watch over me for years to come. It hurts me knowing that I couldn’t do anything but i honor the fact i was able to stand by your side and hold your hand until you left. You were my person i could vent to, the person i could always depend on and i will never forget everything you have done for me and all the support and love you’ve showered me with my entire life. I promise to work on myself and become everything you wanted to see out of me. I love you with all of my heart mamaw millard, you were truly a special person and an angel to have.

I started to work at the state in 1998 and I work in suspense office and Cindy worked in bookkeeping room but our office was one and the same room. Every Morning We would sit and talk and laugh and we became very close friends later on we started telling everyone we was sisters. I was her from different parents. And we both just laugh hard about that. People really thought we was sister. Then in 2006 I became supervisor over bookkeeping in 2006 until 2008 when she had to retire due to her illness . It was hard because I missed seeing her everyday but we talk everyday until last year. I did call her Christmas and talk and laughed l will never forget my sister. I love and will miss you so much. Like the rest going miss your wisdom and loving caring way you. Cindy you truly are god child . You loved and cared about everyone never mean none in your body.
